I weighed in at 208 this morning! That’s a 7 lb loss from yesterday morning. I would love it if this is how it’s going to be everyday. But I’m going to stay realistic and say I’ll lose 1 lb a day, anything more is just a sweet bonus.
Today I fixed 3.5 oz mustard crusted beef for lunch with cucumber slices and an orange. It got me through until 6:30 when I fixed chicken salsa for dinner. I’m becoming a little creative with what I have to work with. A baked cinnamon apple for dessert and I’m good… to go to bed and sleep. I am really tired tonight.
