Old picture of me from last summer

Molly took this picture of me last summer while I was working out in the yard. I knew I was fat but this was awful. I am so glad I lost all that weight.

Here I am in the same clothes on March 8th of 2009. The pants are real baggy on me, my face and neck are alot thinner and look at my arms. Quite a difference wouldn't you say?

I'm gaining weight, oh no!

I'm back up to 184 pounds today. I guess i'll do an apple day today. No I won't, we're going over to My dad's for dinner at 4. Lori is in town and Diane will be back from Las Vegas later today so Gloria wanted everyone over to her house. Maybe I'll just eat apples until then, yeah, that's what I'll do. No I won't, I'm hungry now, I want eggs and toast. I'll do the apple day tommorow at work that will be easier. I'm so busy there I don't have time to eat. Yeah, that sounds better.
