Day 11 Idaho here we come.

This morning I was at 180. Yeah! I passed the lowest mark. I'm not going to get to excited though because I'm going to Idaho tonight after work and I will most likely gain while I'm there.
I called Diane to see if we could stay at her house tonight and she was having a St. Patty's party for the family. I got a message about it but not until tonight. Everyone will be gone by the time we get there at midnight but Tammy and 2 of her girls. I should have been more on the ball and listened to my voicemail. That will teach me won't it?

Day 10

Today’s weight was 181 thats as low as I got on the first set of shots and the following 3 weeks of maintenance. I had tea for breakfast and tilapia and broccoli for lunch and an apple for a snack. Then I went to my daughter’s cheerleading tryouts after work and I didn’t get home until after 7 again so I didn’t eat dinner tonight either but I’m feeling ok. Oh, by the way she made it! Yeah! Go Josie, go Josie.

Day 9

This morning I weighed 182 so the weight is still coming off its just slow and maybe that’s a good thing, I don’t know. Maybe I don’t have that much to lose… no that’s a lie. I could stand to lose another 20 pounds. New clothes, new clothes, new clothes…
I started out running this morning but I couldn’t make it so I gave up and just walked fast the whole way, maybe my back will feel better that way. I think I have a slipped disc. My hands weren’t swollen and my feet didn’t hurt this morning either. This is a good thing. I had tilapia salad again for lunch with an apple for a snack and skipped dinner. I had a boy scout thing I had to go to tonight and didn’t get home till late and I don’t like to eat after 7pm.

DAy 8

I weighed in at 183 again today; I definitely have to drink more water. I try, I really do but I’m so busy at work I don’t have time to do anything but clean. Today is my day off work and I have already drank 3 bottles of water and it’s only noon. I hope I can get through the other 5 by bed time. For lunch I had a chicken salad and for afternoon snack I ate another apple.
My daughter Molly suggested that I do jumping jacks before running and maybe that would help with my soreness. I missed my run this morning, it was cold, so I ran in the early afternoon after lunch had settled a bit. The jumping jacks didn’t help. For dinner I had tilapia and lettuce and strawberries for dessert. I only got 6 bottles of water down me but I had tea too so maybe I got the whole gallon of water today.

Day 7

This morning I weighed in at 183. It has started to slow down. I need to drink more water that always seems to help. For breakfast I had my tea and for lunch I ate a tomato and an apple. For dinner I had a chicken salad and no fruit.
I’m still having a few pains in my legs and shoulders when I first start out in the mornings but as long as I keep moving I get feeling better. It’s when I stop and sit for too long that I get stoved up, sometimes I feel like the tin man, all rusty and squeaky and I need to be oiled up in order to move. I hope this isn’t permanent and that the HCG will help again like it did in the first go around. Do any of you readers have any suggestions for me? What has helped you with your aches and pains? I don’t want to take any prescriptions, if you’ve tried something natural that’s good let me know about it please.

Day 5

Hey this is great! I lost another pound, I am now at 185.

Did you all set your clocks ahead last night? It will be nice to run with moon light in the morning.

Marium called this morning to see how I am doing. She is so dedicated to this program, anyone who gets her for their diet and exercise coach is very lucky and I am the luckiest because she is also a close friend of mine. She’s the best, listen to her and do what she says, she knows what she is talking about. I love you Marium.
