Day 13

New scale says I weigh 184. Okay, I’m going to trust that it is right since that is so close to where I was when the old one broke. I took the dogs with me this morning when I went running and Moose stayed away from my feet, which was good for him or I wouldn’t take him anymore. I wear one of those headlamps that you put on your forehead and it shines a beam out in front of you and you can adjust it to shine way out in front or down by your feet, I have mine shine about 5 feet in front of me. That has helped me see and avoid rocks that are on the road that I could step on and maybe twist my ankle. It is getting lighter every morning and by April or May I figure it should be light enough that I won’t need it any more.

For lunch I had a romaine salad with cottage cheese on it and some sugar free jell-o and for dinner I had taco soup and a side salad.

I went to see a movie (Taken, with Liam Nisson) all by my self since Terry is still in Idaho with his family. Dad’s doing better, he’s on oxygen and his blood pressure is low but he’s holding in there. All of Terry’s brothers and sisters are there with Dad and Terry says this is the first time in ages that they have all been together like this. I told him to send me pictures. This may never happen again.
