182 Can I get another WooHoo! Probably because I didn’t eat after 7 pm last night. Dr. Oz says that if you stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed then your body works at burning fat instead of the food you ate. So let’s hope that’s what happened. I snacked at 8 o’clock tonight so we’ll see what I weight tomorrow. I also didn’t run today. Breakfast was an omelet and lunch was a great chicken salad and dinner was goulash. Yum, yum.
