Day 26

Still 191 this morning. I walked again today. It’s dark out there at 6am and no moon for light. There was a big dog that warned us he was in the street and I started telling him that I wasn’t afraid and he better leave us alone (I had my dog with me) and when I got closer I could see that it was a Doberman pincher, it gave me a shutter but I hoped that if it was out in the front that it wasn’t dangerous and he finally left us alone. I’m going to drive my walking path and see how far it actually is. I’ve got to donate plasma this morning too and while I’m over there I’m going to apply at Sportsman’s Warehouse. I want a job that isn’t behind a desk, I need the constant moving or I feel like I’ll gain weight again. The best job I had for activity was in construction, it kept me pretty thin and strong, but I think I’m getting a little old for that now. I feel thin now but when I weighed this much before I felt fat because my weight was going up instead of down. It’s funny the different ways you can look at the same thing.
For lunch I had fish and tomatoes and for dinner I had chicken and cabbage. I sure do love cabbage now. Oh and by the way I looked on the back of the course garlic salt that I have been using and guess what… there’s sugar in it. That’s probably why I haven’t been losing any weight the past few days. Gotta read those labels.
