Okay, 181, we’re moving on down again. This morning I did Qi Kong (chi Kung) for 50 minutes and then went running and then went to exercise class at the church, I really felt like rubber after that. That’s way too much for me right now. I must have something wrong with my shoulders because they pop a lot and my hands and arms will start to numb when I hold them over my head very long. Maybe I should go see my friend and acupuncturist, Pat. She is so good, she knows right what to do to make me feel better, I would recommend her to anyone. She is here in St. George too, that helps quite a bit. She and I used to go riding in all our spare time before I went to Idaho and now that I’m back I haven’t ridden hardly at all but she still does.
