Day 31

Looks like I’m staying right at 175 and that’s ok. Some people have said I’m disappearing right before their eyes, I think that’s funny. I am feeling so good about myself for losing all the weight that I have. I have met a lot of other people that are going to do the diet because I have and that is great. Way to go, I say, way to go.
