176! Can I get a Woo Hoo! Last injection today, I really have to watch what I eat now because any sugar and the pain will come back I’m sure. It feels so good to not have that nagging, annoying pain hanging around all the time. I just keep telling myself “sugar is poison.” I did an apple day today just because I was planning on doing it anyway because I had been at 177 for so long. Marium wants to do measurements on Monday.
