I'm gaining weight, oh no!

I'm back up to 184 pounds today. I guess i'll do an apple day today. No I won't, we're going over to My dad's for dinner at 4. Lori is in town and Diane will be back from Las Vegas later today so Gloria wanted everyone over to her house. Maybe I'll just eat apples until then, yeah, that's what I'll do. No I won't, I'm hungry now, I want eggs and toast. I'll do the apple day tommorow at work that will be easier. I'm so busy there I don't have time to eat. Yeah, that sounds better.
