190 today, okay we’re moving again. I was more active today, I got up got dressed cleaned the kitchen, went and applied for a job at a nursing home and took my grandkids to see a movie and they behaved very well. I felt thin again today. A shirt I had bought last fall was hanging loosely on me and it looked good so I felt good and that’s what’s important, to feel good about yourself.
This morning I had tea and ½ a grapefruit and then I had a late lunch, chicken, broccoli, melba toast and an apple. If I’m hungry later I may have veggies for dessert.
Tomorrow is Marianne’s cooking class and I’ve got to go, her classes are so much fun and you learn some pretty good shortcuts.
